Do you provide delivery for online orders? How about the delivery fee?

We provide free delivery for a minimum purchase of $80 to any part of Brunei Darussalam except Temburong. Delivery fee is $5 for purchase under $80.

Do you deliver to Temburong District?

No, we do not deliver to Temburong District. We will suggest you to hire a runner to have it delivered to you.

Can i opt for Self Pick-up? How does it work?

Self pick up is also available without any charges at all our branches in BSB, Tutong, Seria and Kuala Belait. To pick up at a specific branch you must ensure the stock is available at the branch (by checking the availability on the website) before you add the item to your cart. Self pick-up is not available for warehouse.

You will be notified through an email/whatsapp when your order is ready to be collected. Please do not show up at our physical store to pick up your order before receiving the Ready-for-pickup notification. When collecting your order, be sure to show our staff your order confirmation email.

 

When can I expect the delivery after placing an order? (Customers from Tutong, Seria and Kuala Belait please take note)

Normally we deliver your items within 1-2 business days if the delivery address is within the Brunei-Muara after confirming the order. 

Tutong, Seria and Kuala Belait customer's order will only be delivered on Thursday every week. Therefore, it is best for you to place your order before 5pm Wednesday for next day delivery.

We will inform you of the actual delivery date & time once your order is processed.

How can I help with the delivery?

You can send us the GPS location of the delivery through Whatsapp or leave a delivery note before checking out. It will help in the delivery and ensure a straightforward delivery.

Can I track my order?

We do not provide a tracking number for a delivery but you can always message us through our Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp to get delivery updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we do not offer shipping internationally.
