Generally, only items that are still in new condition are allowed for an exchange at one of our physical store. You’ll also need to bring along the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return questions through Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram inbox.

What does item in new condition mean?

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The items are damaged or have an issue with the order

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or missing item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The item must be in new condition to be allowed for an exchange.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds presently but exchange for another item is an option.
