  • The GL Rewards Program offers free membership, with registration open anytime.

  • The GL Rewards Program is only open to individuals, and is not extended to corporate, businesses and government entities.

  • Customer's will be required to provide their personal details to register for the membership.

  • All requested details must be provided; email is encouraged but optional.

- HOW TO EARN POINTS -

  • Members need to provide their phone number or IC number to the cashier at the time of purchase to earn points.

  • For online customer, members can earn points by providing the phone number at the checkout page before placing order.

  • Purchase of voucher, regular-priced, markdowns, clearance items and any promotional items (eg. PWP or bundles) are eligible to earn points.

  • Earn 10% of your net purchase as points. For example, a $100 net purchase earns 10 points, and 10 points are worth $10. No minimum purchase amount is required.

  • Points earned will expire in exactly one year from the date of purchase. You can always message us or visit one of our store to check your points.

- what will not earn points? -

  • Pre-orders and selected brands will not be entitled to points eg: shokz, ecoflow, bluetti.

  • No points are awarded for amounts covered by vouchers or points.

  • Any purchase without providing a valid membership at the time of purchase and the points will be forfeited.

- HOW TO spend the points? -

  • Points can only be redeemed during the next transaction. Spend your points during your next visit/purchase.

  • Points are not transferrable, cannot be combined with another member and are not exchangeable for cash.

  • Points can only be redeemed at one of GL Extra's physical store with the use of the customer's IC.

  • Point redemption requires that the Identification Card (IC) holder be physically present and provide their actual IC document for verification.

  • Points earned will expire in exactly one year from the date of purchase. You can always message us or visit one of our store to check your points.

- Program changes & terminations -

  • Customers must inform us in advance of any changes to their member information. Note that allowable changes are limited to your phone number and email address only.

  • We may adjust points earned due to any errors, fraud, or reasons beyond our control upon discovery.

  • Members who was found to misuse the GL Rewards Program or violate these terms may have their membership terminated immediately. Upon membership termination, all accrued points, benefits, and rewards will be forfeited.

  • The terms and conditions, including the amount of points earned may be changed at any time at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. 

  • At the event of the GL Rewards Program termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all our members and provide instructions for final redemption.

  • We shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such change or termination.
