What payment method is available?

Payment method includes:

1) Debit/Credit card.
You will need to fill in your card details at the check out page. For Mastercard and Visa only.

2) Bank transfer to our BIBD. 
Please send us the screenshot of the bank transfer for us to process your order. Other banks can also make the transfer to BIBD but the process will take 1-2 business days.

3)  Bank transfer to our Baiduri Bank. 
Please send us the screenshot of the bank transfer for us to process your order. Other banks can also make the transfer to Baiduri Bank but the process will take 1-2 business days.

Is there a minimum purchase required to make an online order?

There is no minimum purchase required but only a minimum purchase of $80 for free delivery. Delivery fee is $5 for purchase under $80.

Can I message you to confirm the item availability before placing an order?

Feel free to message us anytime regarding stock availability and we will respond to you whenever we are available. 

We also added the availability information on all of our location for those who would like to visit/pick up at our physical stores. Interpretation of the item availability information below.
In Stock : At least 2 quantity at the location.
Low Stock : Only 1 quantity at the location.
Out of Stock : No stock available at the location.

The item availability may be incorrect when every branch is in Low Stock or Out of Stock

I have placed an order. Whats next? 

Follow the payment instructions presented on the screen after placing an order. Please send us the screenshot of the bank transfer to our Whatsapp or social media for us to process your order.

Is my order confirmed once I placed an order on the website?

No, your order will only be confirmed after we verified your payment with a screenshot of the bank transfer.
How do I cancel an order?
Please send us a message to cancel your order. 

Occasionally we will also cancel your order when the item is out of stock.
