Battery problems

I just rarely use,then i call at seria branch and one of worker tell me maybe i m overcharge like what ?i so shock with their feedback and also i try to ask my money back but they tell me cant be refund...so my suggestion ok ..i will not collect that item ..i will accept if you give me other product the new ones even i add some money ..its not a problem.i feel disapointed i use to buy your bottle like stanley already 3 times ...this your do for customer..hope u understand thank you.
