Instructions:
- Keep cold: Put it directly in the freezer for about 5 hours before usage.
- Keep warm: Soak it in hot water for 10 minutes
- Fill a microwavable container with water, soak the ice pack completely in the water, put the container in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes. If you want it to be warmer, heat it for another 15 seconds.

- The ice bag can only be heated up while submerged in water
